As an LCSW, I am committed to empowering you to meet life's challenges with confidence and clarity. I have worked as a therapist for several years across multiple levels of care in inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, and outpatient settings. In my work, I prefer to use a client-centered and strengths-based approach. I also use techniques from multiple evidence-based modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) to address individual client needs.
