Hello I'm Rolanda, owner and operator of Manifestation Wellness. I have a burning desire to heal community from trauma through support, teaching, education, and accountability holistically. Many of us aspire to live a holistic life. One where mind, body, and spirit are nurtured with affirming practices to empower a higher sense of self through our journey in life. Sometimes on our quest to be our best self, we are faced with challenges stemming from trauma, anxiety, stress, and depression slowing the natural process of healing and growth. As a Holistic Therapist I utilize and integrate evidence based practices to assist my clients. I integrate trauma informed yoga, breathwork, meditation and sound healing as holistic strategies to help us create safety in the brain, body and spirit. I use these evidence based holistic tools in partnership with the therapeutic model(s) that address the concerns you are seeing me for. These techniques are integrated into our work together.
