I believe that everyone could achieve emotional peace if they have the right tools to work with. My clinical focus is on providing my clients with education on skills for Emotional Regulation, Distress Tolerance and Mindfulness skills amongst others to achieve their own personal goals. Specialties include treatment for depression, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, LGBTQ issues, addictions, and recovery. I have also provided Critical Incident Stress Debriefing interventions in the Tampa Bay area for the Tampa Police Department, Tampa Fire Rescue, multiple hospital settings and private institutions for the last 20 years.
