Hi, my name is Jennifer Fria, founder of Rolling Ocean Counseling and I’m here to support you. Sometimes we find ourselves stuck—overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally drained, or simply exhausted from trying to hold it all together. Whether you're navigating anxiety, managing relationship challenges, pregnancy, parenthood, or simply trying to feel heard and understood, know this — you don't have to figure it out alone. I work with adults, adolescents, and couples across a range of life challenges. I offer a holistic and personalized approach to therapy, blending evidence-based modalities to meet your specific needs. I hold a specialized certification in Perinatal Mental Health to support clients before, during, and after pregnancy. I am trained in EMDR, a powerful modality for processing trauma and reducing emotional distress. I am also trained in the Emotion Focused modality and Gottman Level 1 training to support couples.
