Recognizing that taking the first steps towards seeking help can be frightening, I bring a warm and compassionate presence to help create a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to feel comfortable sharing their concerns. I use a versatile and relational style to ensure clients feel heard, seen and understood. In my therapeutic work, I believe it is important to consider how political influences, societal narratives, intergenerational and genetic predispositions are interwoven to shape one’s emotional being.
