We all go through transitions in life and at times may need support to feel empowered and (re-)gain a sense of well being and wholeness. I can help you heal childhood attachment wounds, and resolve interpersonal and relational challenges, and navigate life transitions. I believe that growth and transformation come from ourselves, and that some humor is necessary to overcome life's challenges.
