In-person therapy is where it’s at! Have you tried in-person therapy? If yes, then you know the power it can have to help. If no, then I urge you to reach out and schedule - with me or another therapist with an office. Let isolation be over. Being private with things is good, as far as it goes but doesn’t do much to move us out of endless loops or confusing despair. I have no agenda for you but to be well. What can I do to help?
