I have been a Licensed Clinical Psychologist for over 25 years. During this time I have never ceased to be amazed by the enormous potential and resources individuals have in overcoming life's problems and challenges. I believe that psychotherapy or counseling can and should be results oriented. Establishing clear goals and strategies is central to my focus and it encourages individuals to learn new and more constructive ways to think, feel, and behave. I often give "homework" assignments which helps individuals in developing the skills and self confidence to live a more meaningful life. Real problems have real solutions.
