Hello! In this diverse and ever-changing world, I think we can all agree that life is hard sometimes and everyone needs someone to talk to. Attending therapy does not mean there is anything "wrong with you." Those attitudes are a thing of the past! Whether you are struggling with your mental health, life transitions, identity issues, a new diagnosis, parenting challenges, or you have simply hit a rough patch, I am here for you. I understand it can be difficult to get started so I like to make things as easy as possible by offering a safe and welcoming environment to help you feel more comfortable as we get to know each other. I believe therapy interventions should be tailored to the individual. I realize the time and effort therapy can take so I work with you to make sure your specific needs are met.
