I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Southeastern Massachusetts, including Cape Cod. I see patients in person and via telehealth for a range of concerns. I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and have experience working with adults of all ages and stages of life. I provide a safe and confidential space and an empathic listening environment in which the you can feel comfortable expressing your thoughts and feelings. Psychotherapy is transformative.
