I work with men and women to provide a greater understanding of how one's past influences the present and how to make changes for the future. As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist I specialize in anxiety disorders, depression and other mood disorders, sexual addiction (I am CSAT), job stress, relational distress, parenting issues and past abuse. I use various treatment methods including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness Based Interventions, Somatic Interventions, Behavioral therapy, CBT and Internal Family Systems (IFS) . I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma of various kinds.
