I enjoy working with providing therapy for trauma (or stressors), whether that be minor or severe, often with previous diagnoses of PTSD, anxiety, or depression, or other comorbidities (ADHD, insomnia, etc). Whatever mental health struggles you suffer from, we will work together on a diagnosis and treatment plan. For couples, the diagnosis is for the individual who signed up for the therapy sessions. If needed, I can connect you to outside resources outside of therapy as needed with hope for creating positive change soon.
