Ron Villejo is a clinician, who has been practicing since 1981. He graduated from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago with a PhD in clinical psychology. Ron believes in understanding the underlying reasons for one's mental health struggles, which may be described as psychodynamic or insight-oriented therapy. At the same time, it's also important to look at practical ways to feel better, such as reframing how one looks at these struggles, part of a cognitive-behavioral approach.
