I employ evidence based approaches such as Solution Based Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while integrating mindfulness and psychoeducation into my practice. I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 15 years experience working with adolescents and adults in varying capacities.
