I believe people thrive when they have the space to explore, identify, and communicate thoughts and feelings to work through stress. As a therapist, it is my priority to provide a space to listen, empathize, and empower clients to be seen and feel heard. I identify as LGBTQIA+, as well as poly affirming and kink friendly. I work with various mental health struggles associated with trauma, depression, anxiety, self-worth/esteem, identity concerns, and emotional concerns. My style consists of an eclectic variety of therapeutic approaches such as trauma-informed, emotion focused, interpersonal, and cognitive behavioral perspective.
