Therapy can be the supportive space needed for you to not only explore the root of your feelings and experiences, but also to brainstorm what next steps you can take to gain insight, work through challenges, and foster a meaningful, fulfilling, and joyful life. With 15 years of experience, I have successfully helped children, teens, adults and families who have endured traumatic experiences, behavioral/anger issues or school/job issues. I also have helped individuals currently experiencing emotional pain such as anxiety/depression, hopelessness, self esteem issues and self harming behaviors.
