Hope and growth. Two concepts I hold and explore when I meet with individual clients and couples. I seek to support clients with a humanistic, client-centered, strength-based approach as I help them identify and work toward achieving goals that may lead to living a more meaningful life, that are consistent with one’s value. I approach the therapy relationship with warmth, curiosity, and patience. I know it is not always easy to build trust and feel comfortable in the therapy space, and I’m committed to help clients achieve this comfort as their first step towards their own personal journey of growth.
