My ideal client is one willing to invest the time and effort it takes to live life to their fullest potential. I am trauma focused and enjoy working with late teens and adults to find change, insight, and or acceptance regarding their life experience/s, help guide parents, and facilitate healthy relationships. It is my belief that often times our own past experiences impact how we see ourselves and the world around us. I strongly believe by entering into a healthy therapeutic relationship we can uncover some of those past experiences and identify how they have contributed to our current life circumstances.
