Life can be challenging and working to heal amid this can make things even more challenging. For more than 8 years, I have had the honor of working with folks who experience ADHD, have a history of incarceration, sexual trauma, and those within the LGBTQIA2S+ community. Using a trauma-informed approach, we can identify troubling symptoms while understanding their impact on you and discover ways to manage and shape your life to the one you want to be living. From EMDR to talk-based processing therapy, we will partner together to find what works best for you to become the human you are meant to become.
