I believe in the holistic approach to therapy keeping in mind that each person of any age is composed of a spiritual, psychological, emotional and physical part. I am flexible knowing that each person is unique. I can help individuals of all ages feel less sad due to grief and more focused with less anxiety while at the same time improve their relationships in order to have a more balanced and joyful life. I will make house calls to help the elderly and house-bound individuals. I have an extensive background with children and adolescents, as well as the elderly. Therapy will help you understand old and new wounds lingering in your heart and brain. Therapy will remove the toxins and scars in your heart and on your brain left over from past trauma and experiences that stop you from being the person that God intended you to be.
