The process of therapy is to bring about clarity during difficult situations and discover new ways of dealing with life's stressors. Using a collaborative, strength-based approach, my goal is to aid in self realization and develop strategies and plans to deal with life's obstacles in order to bring about positive change. I have a Masters in Psychology with a dual concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy, and Mental Health Counseling. I am licensed in the state of Connecticut as a professional counselor, and an addictions counselor.
