Or maybe you've spent years as a parentified, people-pleasing perfectionist. You might be seeking a safe, supportive space to reconnect with your authentic self, to heal, and to be witnessed as you root down and ancho in to who you truly are. What you can count on if you and I work together is: Having space to tell your story and explore how family, culture, and community have shaped you. We’ll look at the impact of multicultural challenges and living out of alignment with your values—things like anxiety, guilt, shame, or disconnection.
