About

I am a queer, Jewish therapist and my practice is a safe space for LGBTQIA+ folks, those in non-monogamous relationships, and those who want to explore gender and sexual identity. I primarily specialize in OCD, trauma recovery, disordered eating, and I also see clients with anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. I am passionate about helping parents understand and interpret their children’s and teens' behavior. I use Exposure and Response Prevention, DBT skills, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing in my practice and tailor my approach to each individual.
