As a professor for masters/doctoral students, and as a state-approved supervisor for pre-licensed therapists, Dr. Porshia's experience and training allows her to connect with a variety of clients' needs. Primary, her practice focuses on high conflict couples or families that may have been to therapists prior with no success or struggle to believe in therapy at all.
