Roots and Reins Equine-Assisted Mental Health and Learning is a unique program where discovery, healing, and growth happens through equine connection. Roots and Reins was created from a passion for horses, and a belief that healing happens through authentic connection. We offer equine-assisted learning sessions, equine-assisted therapy sessions, as well as groups for children and teens. View 8 Photos Sessions offer an experiential approach where participants engage with equines while developing self-awareness, emotional regulation, and connection. Children, teens, and adults can practice coping skills in real time alongside their equine partner, while also improving self-confidence and communication.
