Healing, learning, and growing is our motto. We are a multicultural group practice serving a diverse community, including Black, Brown, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+ individuals. We create a safe, affirming space where clients feel seen, understood, and respected. We believe growth and learning create pathways to healing. Our ideal clients are motivated to engage in therapy as an active process rooted in self-reflection, openness, and meaningful work. Clients who share these values often find our practice to be a supportive place for their therapeutic journey. We are trained in multiple modalities and work with anxiety, ADHD, depression, PTSD, with strong emphasis on racial trauma. We integrate spiritual work and healing and are trained in EMDR, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing. We believe no one-size-fits-all and tailor treatment to each individual.
