Feeling overwhelmed or disconnected? I provide an affirming space to slow down, feel safer in your body, and explore how stress shows up in your life. I work with people of all identities, and I specialize in supporting neurodivergent, queer, and trans folks. My clients are adults navigating stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, or patterns they want to change. Many feel overwhelmed, disconnected from their bodies, or unsure why certain reactions keep showing up. They want to feel calmer, more grounded, and better able to understand themselves, not just manage symptoms, but feel more at ease in daily life.
