I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am originally from the UK where I worked with children and young adults in the foster care system who had experienced complex trauma, alongside supporting their careers. I now live in Colorado Springs and practice as a clinical social worker. My approach to therapy is person-centered and strength-based, recognizing each person's journey as unique and so adapting my style to work on the individual's need. I most commonly use DBT as a therapeutic tool, along with trauma-informed practice, positive psychology, mindfulness, art-based interventions, and family systems.
