I truly believe that every human being has lots of innate potential. Sometimes we may need help unraveling our strengths while we work through difficult aspects of our lives. Together, I believe we can build resilience, improve our connections to others, give ourselves and others compassion for our suffering and build hope. I feel great privilege being part of my clients’ pathway of change toward a more fulfilled and aware life. As a licensed psychologist, I have over 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults who struggle with behavioral and emotional difficulties.
