Hola! I am so glad you're here! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California. I utilize a client-centered approach, focused on developing a strong therapeutic alliance and holding space to share, process, and be your true, authentic self. My areas of focus include the treatment of anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief and loss, adjustment disorders, and stress management.
