Hi! I work with people who feel weighed down by anxiety, depression, self-doubt, or life changes that leave them questioning their path. Many are first-generation or from diverse backgrounds, trying to balance cultural expectations with their own needs. Others are navigating relationship struggles or identity questions and want a space to feel truly understood. What they often long for is healing, clarity, and the confidence to show up authentically. My role is to walk alongside them as they build resilience, deepen self-worth, and move toward a more fulfilling life.
