Rosa has experience working with both victims and perpetrators of domestic violence and has conducted group interventions with both populations. In working with victims, Rosa helped them deal with mental issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and helped them improve their self-esteem and ability to advance their own interests. In working with the perpetrators, Rosa provided extensive psychoeducation and anger management skills to this population. Rosa has worked with adults, children and adolescents in crisis or following trauma, in the community and in residential settings.
