As a therapist, I have passionately served and worked with a diverse range of individuals and issues. My education and experiences have provided me with the foundation to serve and address a wide range of backgrounds, socioeconomic statuses and therapeutic issues. I like to take a collaborative approach utilizing your strengths and my knowledge, so we can do this together! I take a psychodynamic and humanistic perspective. I also am trained in EMDR and TRM, both techniques to work with trauma. I like to integrate psychodynamic techniques and modalities that are appropriate for each person. I also like to introduce coping mechanisms as well. As a result, you will get a comprehensive treatment plan that is specific to you.
