My strength base is client centered therapy. I believe that it is important that the client knows that they play an important role in their recovery. Their feelings and attitudes are a big part to therapy. It is important for both client and counselor to achieve a therapeutic relationship for a successful outcome. I will help clients set goals that are realistic and achievable with treatment. I believe that a strong client/counselor relationship is the groundwork to the healing process. I will create a positive, no judgment and stress-free environment, where the client is able to share openly and expect the best treatment.
