My ideal client is someone who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain during a challenging season of life. They might be struggling with stress, anxiety, substance use, or navigating a major life transition, and are looking for a safe, supportive space to slow down and make sense of what they’re experiencing. Often, they feel unheard or invalidated and want someone who will truly listen without judgment. My clients are people who want to better understand their emotions, learn healthier ways to cope, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
