I am a talk and somatic therapist, passionate about supporting adults, adolescents, and relationships/couples. I work with adults navigating anxiety, relationships, trauma, emotion regulation, self-esteem, identity exploration, and life transitions. With youth, I also work on school-based issues, sudden-onset OCD/PANS, and maintaining growth following IOP/residential programs. I welcome those who are queer, gender-expansive, neurodivergent, kink, in poly/nontraditional relationship structures, musicians, writers, artists, helping professionals, and those who feel alone in their experience or on the outside.
