I want to congratulate you on taking the first step towards healing, change and acceptance. Choosing a therapist can feel like a daunting task, but it doesn’t have to be that way. As a prospective client I want to partner with you in your journey of self- reflection; affirming and knowing that you have made the best possible investment into yourself. I work with individuals (adults and teenagers), as well as couples. During therapy I work with clients collaboratively to build healthy coping mechanisms, learning how to deal with life’s stressors.
