One of my biggest passions in life is helping women, overcome past hurts, failures, ineffective communication, and self-defeating behaviors, which limits their forward momentum. I also work with adolescents, couples and men, as they navigate life's challenges. Life can be full of tough realities and painful experiences and everyone has their own story to tell. I am here to listen to your story and walk with you through your healing journey. I create an atmosphere that is compassionate and a space that is judgment free, as you work through depression, anxiety, disappointment, self-esteem, rejection and other issues that can be debilitating. I empower, encourage, listen and help you dig deep so you can live according to your values.
