I am licensed in Colorado and Florida with more than 25 years of professional licensed clinical experience working with clients in addictions, relationship issues, anger management, depression, anxiety, trauma and grief. I have extensive CBT experience and working with those who want and are prepared for change in their behaviors. I listen and provide feedback. Our goal is to increase your ability to manage difficult emotions/times by utilizing the skills and techniques you are learning during session and through homework activities.
