Whether trauma has been acute, chronic, or generational, becoming aware of its impact and learning how to navigate it is a powerful and necessary step toward healing. As a bilingual Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor, I am currently pursuing my doctoral degree.
