About
My mission is to help as many people as I can to live genuine lives while navigating demands and behaviors from those around us (family, significant others, employers and coworkers). I am trauma-informed, and working toward being trauma-specialized. I utilize CBT, Solution-Focused, Attachment, Family Systems, and Adlerian theories to help you uncover your values and goals, resolve relationship traumas, and help you find your path to being genuine to yourself. After I introduce myself, I will encourage you to tell me your story in your own words. I prefer to hear your story directly from you, so I can best understand the themes of what you are dealing with as soon as possible. Before the end of the first session, I will ask questions to fill in the gaps on anything that was not shared or understood clearly.
