My approach to therapy is integrative and includes the mental, physical, spiritual, energetic and emotional components of healing. I am eclectic and use a variety of counseling techniques and bodywork modalities to match the client's needs and situation. My ideal client is one who has used traditional talk therapy and is 'stuck' in the loop of the mind and wishes to heal, change, grow or resolve and move on with life. Most conditions are improved by my approach, especially with those who are willing. I see couples for relationship counseling using a you/me/us approach. It works! My most enjoyable clients are children, I use my years of teaching experience with them and their parents to promote problem solving. Children also heal quickly, I like that. I offer separate sessions for parenting guidance, and family therapy. I see all ages.
