I have seen my client's levels of anxiety and distress decrease dramatically in as few as three to four sessions. . I have been honored to get to work with veterans who have returned home suffering from PTSD, I enjoy helping my clients increase their self esteem and quality of their interpersonal relationships, by exploring and addressing the issues in their lives that they wish to change, helping them to live more fulfilled and rewarding lives.
