I have counseled over 25 years with individuals exposed to traumatic relationships, events, and experiences. Through my work using dialectical behavioral therapy, EMDR, ACT, prolonged exposure therapy, meaning centered psychotherapy, existential therapy and attachment theory, I have helped many individuals find their identity and have a life worth living.
