In my seven years of working in the behavioral health field, I’ve come to deeply value the trust clients place in me as they work through things like trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, and many other things that can make living our best lives a challenge. I have a special passion for supporting people during the perinatal and postpartum period, as well as those carrying the weight of complex trauma. My approach is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and creating a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly seen.
