I believe therapy offers a space for deeper understanding and connection, both within ourselves and with others. This process creates opportunities to move through the world with greater clarity and compassion. As a therapist, my role is to help clients make sense of their experiences and relationships with warmth, curiosity, and humor. My approach is grounded in a client-centered framework that values both individual growth and relational healing. I work collaboratively with my clients, drawing on their inherent strengths to lift barriers that may limit their well-being. With my training, I bring experience working with individuals, couples, and families across a range of circumstances and life stages. I am Level One trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), an evidence-based therapeutic model that fosters emotional integration, self-awareness, and inner harmony.
