Hello! I am Rose Basilio (License No: LMHC-523). My approach is primarily relational, as I believe further progress can be made if the therapist-client rapport is strong. I implement Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as our thoughts have a strong impact on our emotions and behaviors. Our thoughts determine how we view ourselves, others, and situations. We all have unhelpful thought patters sometimes. I will work with you to identify what those thoughts are and how to replace those thoughts with rational thoughts. Many of my clients find this helpful.
