Welcome. My name is Rose (LCSW). You may be here because you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or carrying things that feel hard to manage on your own. This is a safe space for you to talk openly, and we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. You don’t need to have everything figured out today or know exactly what to say. Many people come to therapy feeling unsure or nervous at first. My role is to support you, listen to you, and help you make sense of what you’re experiencing—one step at a time. I specialize in helping adults, adolescents, and older adults process trauma, manage anxiety and depression, and cope with life’s difficult transitions. I use evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, to help you work through emotional pain, gain insight, and develop practical skills to feel more balanced and in control.
