For the past several years, I've had the privilege of treating clients experiencing a variety of issues, most often related to depressive and anxiety disorders (including OCD). I seek to build a positive and supportive rapport with all of my patients, whether they are seeking short-term solution-focused or longer-term treatment. I intend to help my patients to discover and learn how to utilize the tools that will allow them to have a better and happier life and healthier functioning overall.
