Life is difficult to navigate when you are feeling overwhelmed, lost, and defeated. These feelings are frequently accompanied by sadness, pain, and hopelessness. Together we will address your issues through client- centered therapy. I am accepting clients from all age groups. Each client is unique. I will customize your treatment plan to meet your specific needs. I provide services with care and compassion. My areas of treatment include depression, anxiety, addictions, relationship issues, stress, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and anger management. I am experienced with working with Autism Spectrum Disorder. I am trained in the use of EMDR therapy, other therapies I utilize are CBT, ACT, REBT, DBT, talk therapy, and motivational interviewing.
